IMPORTANT NOTICE
Please review your order carefully before placing it to avoid any issues or delays. By completing your purchase at higherculturela.com, you agree to this policy as part of our Terms & Conditions.
ORDER MODIFICATIONS
Size or Color Changes:
If you need to modify the size or color of your item, email us at higherculturela@gmail.com before your order has been fulfilled. Once an order is fulfilled, no changes can be made.
Order Cancellations:
We do not allow cancellations once an order has been confirmed.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Eligibility Window:
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery by emailing higherculturela@gmail.com. Requests submitted after 14 days will not be accepted.
Refund Method:
All approved returns are issued as HIGHER CULTURE e-gift cards, excluding original shipping fees. No cash or credit refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
Return Conditions:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all original tags attached.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns are reviewed and processed within 5–7 business days of being received.
Exchange Policy:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return your order for an e-gift card and place a new order once your return has been processed.
